MarketingJohn HeinrichJohn HeinrichJohn is President of the Solutions Forum but also heads The Marketing Doctor, LLC, which has consulted with over 170 companies on a variety of topics in 17 years. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Wharton School and has headed six companies in various fields, ranging from truck parts manufacturing to multifamily housing. He is an Associate Professor of Marketing for the University of Phoenix, specializing in internet and international marketing, and public relations. He is also a retired Navy captain, who had several command leadership awards during his twenty-five-year career.

SalesBrad FergusonBrad runs the Sandler Sales Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, which he has done for the last 11 years.
OrganizationMitch SlaterMitch is President of Four Corners Insurance, a major agent for non-standard automobile insurance in an eight-state area centered around Arizona. His revenues are about $10 million per year, and he heads a multilingual staff of 35 that caters to a multilingual customer base. His staff has had virtually no turnover in the last two years.
FinanceLynn PaigeLynn PaigeLynn Paige is presently CEO of Perfect Power Network but has had extensive experience as a CFO and as an accountant in private practices. She has run several companies in fields as diverse as tax auditing and offshore investments.
BankingRobb ScottRobb is CEO of Deer Valley Credit Union, a three-branch credit union that ranked first in Arizona in market share and membership growth increase in 2003. Robb holds an MBA from Arizona State University and is also a CPA. His bank is focused presently on consumer lending, but he plans late in 2004 to bring his ‘Southwest Airlines of the banking world’ culture to the business banking world.
Financial PlanningRobert ZakianRobert is the Principal of AIM Financial Group, a firm of financial planners that has expanded from traditional financial planning into tax preparation, employer –sponsored employee 401(k) education programs, mortgages, and client bill paying in the last year. His assets under management are over $50 million and continue to grow rapidly each year.
LeadershipJim HoutzJim is the serial entrepreneur of the panel, having started and run 23 companies in his stellar career, the most notable of which was CyCare, a medical software firm that he and three partners sold in 1998 for $270 million. He presently heads four companies in a variety of fields and is also a published author of “Seize the American Dream”, available on this website.
InternetPeter LieferPeter is CEO of Primeview, a web design and internet marketing company that is ranked in the top 25 in the Phoenix area and has been in business for eight years. His website is www.primeview.com.
Accounting/TaxAllan LawdahlAlan is a partner in the Phoenix CPA firm of Field, Lawdahl. He has a Masters in Taxation, and has worked almost exclusively with small business clients over the last 12 years. He is highly knowledgeable in taxation matters and delivers an annual tax lecture to The Solutions Forum that is very popular. His tax materials will appear on the ‘Readings’ section of the site in August of each year.
